Quesadillas de Huitlacoche

Ingredients:

   1/2 lb            Huitlacoche fresh (bland until puree) 
   1/2  lb           Queso fresco (mexican cheese)
   15    each       Corn tortillas or flour tortillas

 4     oz           Jalapeno peppers cut tick sliced 
 1 oz               Olive oil for the pan or (Comal)
Place the cheese on top of the tortilla

Add the Huitlacoche on top of the cheese
add the Jalapenos 

Place the Qusadillas on the Comal with little oil on the tortillas
and cook both sides
